We had a booking but decided not to stay. The outside photos are misleading, and parking costs 25 euro a night even though the listing says parking is available. The place is in a very dirty, shady part of Naples. I can't tell why its rating is so high, and suspect some of the reviews may be fake. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

A Ukrainian-friendly family runs this wonderful place. They were so kind and helpful, and it was a pleasure to stay there.

Jack, the owner, made our two-night stay wonderful. He welcomed us like friends, gave us a map of the city center, and introduced us to Naples from every angle. He was available for advice and shared information about monuments, museums, distinctive streets, places to eat and lots more worth seeing. The room was impeccable, both clean and nicely presented. Cavour Rooms is in a historic building in the heart of Naples' Sanità district, close to Piazza Cavour station, with metro connections to everywhere. The neighborhood has groceries, bars, pizzerias and plenty more. The B&B is a four-bedroom apartment with en-suite bathrooms and a shared kitchen. I'd recommend it for a short or long stay.

The spacious rooms have private bathrooms and were impeccably clean. Staff were outstandingly kind, welcoming and helpful, and we'll be glad to come back. The place is in Naples' picturesque Sanità district, near the historic center, local market and Cavour metro station.

Jacques is a friendly, interesting owner and a real bon vivant. He gave us great tips on restaurants and other places. Kavour Rooms is very well located, so you can walk all over Old Naples. We got a lovely, generous breakfast too. A really warm welcome, and I'd highly recommend staying here. Mohamed and Annie
