Hotel La Roqqa

The beach club was peaceful, the food was delicious, and the hotel's position above town came with gorgeous views. We spent three magical nights at La Roqqa, and every detail was taken care of. The beds were the most comfortable and luxurious we've had on this trip. I'd recommend the full-day boat trip, it was a highlight of our 14 days travelling through Italy. Bring a swimsuit and enjoy the coves and sea. We didn't want to leave and will definitely return.

We stumbled across this boutique hotel in Porto Ercole and were very pleasantly surprised. It has lovely decor, a modern look with warm colours, and a great view over the harbour and the big blue. The nearby beach club is amazing, and access is free. Service was great, always with a smile. One tip: the rooms without a sea view are half the price, still really good, and look out onto a nice garden at the back. Breakfast on the spectacular rooftop was lovely, and you can have a drink there at sunset. Highly recommended. We'll definitely return!

The warmth and attentiveness of the staff made us feel completely at home, and the town still has the feel of a hidden gem. At La Roqqa, our three-night stay exceeded expectations in every way: service, rooms, food, terrace, beach club, and the overall atmosphere. It brings together elevated luxury and authentic charm so well. We're already planning another trip!

The Isolotto Beach Club was superb and authentic, with an excellent beach restaurant and grill. Getting there could be easier, though free shuttles were always available for the beach, town, and places further afield. Breakfasts were fantastic. The dinner menu got a little repetitive, but we could always add dishes from the off-menu selection. La Roqqa is a relatively new hotel, staffed at every level by young, enthusiastic, highly motivated, capable people focused on providing an exceptional guest experience. That stood out most compared with our previous stays in the area. We already knew Monte Argentario in Tuscany and were keen to try La Roqqa. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and looked after, made to feel part of the La Roqqa family. The guest experience staff were outstanding, always willing to help and enthusiastic throughout our stay.
