The breakfast, included in the price, was poor and low quality, mostly packaged products with little choice. Customer service was cold and unhelpful too. At reception I felt almost like a nuisance, and requests were met with little courtesy. I booked based on the 4-star rating and the official website, but the hotel had changed its name without clearly telling guests. That caused a lot of confusion on arrival and wasted precious time as I searched for a place that no longer existed under the name on my reservation. The answering machine still gives outdated information. It was practically impossible to contact the hotel: emails went unanswered, and the phone recording sent me to a website that was just as misleading. There was no mention of the new name or any useful directions, a terrible disservice for people arriving from out of town who rely on official instructions. A hotel presented as 4 stars should at least provide clear, current information. Instead, the management struck me as improvised and unprofessional. It felt like a 2-star experience dressed up as 4. I won’t return and don’t recommend it to anyone.

The food was unbelievable, and the peaceful location with its amazing views made it a lovely place to relax. I’d definitely stay again!

The staff were great and friendly, and it was an amazing place. A must visit, I’d come again.
