It was a terrible night. The room was loud and had no soundproofing, with a strong damp smell and some small insect I didn't recognize. Music started around 7 AM, probably to get guests moving out early. I honestly don't know how this place got good reviews. From the bottom of my heart, if you don't want a miserable trip, don't stay here.

The pool was great, and there are some amazing restaurants close by in San Marino. The views looking out over San Marino are incredible, and the house is in great shape with care taken over all the details. Riccardo was so welcoming. He smiled as he told us about his life in San Marino, and was such a lovely person. We had an incredible stay and can't recommend this place enough!

Riccardo made us a delicious dinner, and later we relaxed in his whirlpool, taking in the view and the lights at night. We also rented e-bikes, which let us enjoy the beautiful scenery even more. We had a great stay with him. He's an amazing host, and the property has incredible views of San Marino. We can't recommend it enough!

Riccardo's hospitality went beyond what we could have expected, and the local breakfast he made was delicious and a lovely way to start the day. It's a magical place to begin an adventure, with a stunning view and a beautiful, comfortable home. We'll stay here whenever we go to Italy.

Riccardo was really helpful and made sure our stay was superb. The house is fantastic, with an amazing view of San Marino, and the rooms are clean and nice.
