The landscape around B&B Serenitas is enchanting, with greenery all around, and the modern rooms are beautiful, distinctive, and well equipped. If a lovely view matters to you, this is a great choice. Breakfast was excellent and came with a view too, and the staff were friendly. We gave four stars for the service because the rooms weren't cleaned, though perhaps that wasn't included. Best wishes with the new opening!

We stayed in July 2025, just a month after the opening, and found this newly renovated property in the old village of Monte San Biagio very peaceful, spotless, and tastefully furnished. The family business is run by women, with great service and lots of attention to detail. Our Silentium room was small but charming, with a wide terrace overlooking the coast from Sperlonga to Terracina. It had AC, a TV, a mini-fridge, and complimentary slippers; the bathroom had a roomy shower, lots of hot water, a hairdryer, and free toiletries. There's reserved parking in the inner courtyard. One thing to know: reaching the rooms means climbing five flights of stairs, and there's no elevator, so it won't suit guests with mobility issues. Breakfast offered a generous mix of sweet and savory foods. The unusual round bed, with blue LED lights on the ceiling, was a fun detail. Congratulations, ladies, and keep up the good work!
