Marian and Luca looked after us so well, and we all loved our time here. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, the pool was clean and great for the kids, and the rooms had all the basics. We ate at the excellent on-site restaurant, with lovely views over the orchards. Marian, thanks for the tips on day trips to nearby towns and cities, and for making us feel so welcome. The local bakery recommendation was great too, delicious food and coffee. Luca, thanks for the wonderful service, great wine, and local restaurant tips.

We came in July 2024 for a large family reunion that filled the whole resort, and had booked and paid many months ahead. For the price, the experience was disappointing. The place has potential, but didn't really match the advertising. There was no TV in the rooms or WiFi, and in the summer heat management didn't do enough to make guests comfortable. Each room had one or two air conditioners, but neither worked properly. It took instructions to figure them out, and even set to maximum cooling, they only blew air. The owner or management could have recharged them with refrigerant, which costs little but would make a big difference to comfort. Some rooms needed light bulbs changed for decent lighting. One room's roof leaked overnight in the rain. Kitchens weren't well equipped, plumbing backed up in several rooms, and some equipment was hazardous. It felt like the rooms hadn't been tested before our arrival.

We spent a week in the six-bedroom house, a very comfortable place and a great base for exploring Tuscany and its wineries. We used the BBQ to cook steaks a couple of nights, and the on-site restaurant was awesome. Gabriel welcomed us warmly and was so helpful, making our stay amazing. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful week.

The cottages had everything we needed, and the pool was clean. The staff were friendly, and free parking was a nice bonus. We had a lovely stay at Foresteria and I'd recommend it.
