The pool was the highlight for us: it's large and was just the right temperature in the very hot weather. The setting is beautiful too, with lovely views across the valley. But the property itself really needs updating and bringing into the 21st century.
The terrace is a great place to take in the valley and mountain views, and you can see the pool from there. The property is large, with a 6×12 m pool that has a shallow section for small children and a deep end of about 2.4 m, plus a 1 m springboard for diving. The villa is up in the mountains near Monte San Savino, a charming little traditional Italian mountain village. Inside, the rooms are a good size and it can sleep up to 10 people, with roomy living and dining areas. The kitchen, though, is a bit small.
Fantastic pool and loads of room both inside and out. The villa is stunning.
