Casa Natura Gargano

We went horseback riding for the first time, spending three hours with Francesco as our excellent guide. He took us through some beautiful Gargano scenery. We also found just the place we wanted, surrounded by nature, with a spectacular landscape and a wonderful welcome. The food was delicious and suited our dietary needs. Antonio was so much fun and made our stay a real highlight. Cosimo was kind and fair, too. We’d happily come back. We already miss it.

The quiet here is broken only by birdsong and wind moving through the trees. I’ve returned to this magical place several times, and it still feels like being in a fairytale. Cosimo and Michele deserve congratulations. Their good food and horseback rides make staying in this paradise an unforgettable experience.

Cosimo, the owner, really made us feel at home during our two-night stay at Casa Natura. The staff were friendly and always available, and the food was excellent, generous in quantity and high in quality. The price is very competitive, too. For anyone who loves nature, it’s an enchanting little corner of paradise. Recommended!

Casa Natura is a place for the senses. Spend time in the Umbra Forest and you can slow down, listen to its quiet, smell the earth, and maybe find a forgotten piece of yourself on a starry night. It’s not a five-star place, but if you open your heart as well as your senses, this corner of Gargano can feel like much more than a destination. It’s an experience of nature, beauty, and humanity. The rooms are simple and the service is basic. That lack of frills is part of what makes the place special. There’s a quiet, unadorned feeling to it, a chance to leave the unnecessary behind and return to what matters. Antonio and Mohamed welcomed us. They’re genuine, warm people who know how to listen and make you feel at home. Antonio has a generous heart, and Mohamed, his son-in-law, is kind, smiling, present, and respectful.
