Clean, simple rooms and a satisfactory breakfast included in the stay. The staff were genuinely friendly, discreet, and helpful. The location gets five stars from me, especially for anyone visiting Lucca Comics and Games. I'd happily come back.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. It's a decent three-star hotel, with nothing fancy, but I really have no complaints. It isn't a Marriott, of course, and still, I recommend it. You won't regret staying here.

The staff were very friendly, and the location is handy for both the sports hall and the city center. Rooms are spacious and clean, with basic furnishings. We had half board, with a good buffet breakfast and dinner.

This is a tour hotel, and the air conditioning runs only from 7 PM to 6:50 AM. In August's heat, you'll wake up soaked in sweat, with the units making a lot of noise too. I'd avoid it unless you absolutely have to stay here.

6/10
The rooms were acceptably clean, and the food was average, neither great nor bad. The air conditioning is a plus, although it gets switched off centrally in the morning, around 6:30. There's no refrigerator in the room, which is a major downside. In the heat, things go off, and you can't even chill mineral water.
