Montecatini Suites

The lack of private parking is the one inconvenience, though there are plenty of paid lots on nearby side streets. Inside, the rooms are spotless and elegant, with good lighting and air conditioning. Some have a handy little kitchen tucked into a closet, while others are nearly 40 square meters. The bathroom is roomy and comfortable, with a walk-in shower. Entry is private and controlled by your own room keycard, so you can let guests in or out without needing reception. Highly recommended.

We spent two weeks at Montecatini Suites and found the apartment clean, roomy, and stocked with what we needed. It sits in a restricted traffic zone, but you can get a pass for driving in. There are also two free parking areas less than 500 meters away. The property got an excellent rating from us, and it makes a great base for seeing Tuscany: Florence, Lucca, Livorno, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, the Rimigliano and Pescaia coastal parks, and Vada's white beaches.

A personal thank you for helping accommodate our family's needs. The staff were exceptionally warm and helpful, and the place was impeccably clean. Our room was large and bright, with a small kitchen that had everything in it. Montecatini's center is only a five-minute walk away.

We were very happy with our two-day stay, two adults and two children, and would definitely return. The price was excellent, and the apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated, and practical, with everything we needed and great amenities.
