The room felt like it belonged in Romania's communist era, and the shower was broken. I had no Wi-Fi, the service was bad, and breakfast was awful. I wouldn't expect any of this at a four-star hotel, so to me it deserves one star. Losing a key costs 50€. Don't stay here if you don't want stomach pain from the bad breakfast.

The room was very good and the food was okay, just average, not great. The TV is tiny and too far from the bed, and the hair dryer doesn't have much power.

I nearly canceled after reading the reviews, but our room was fairly new and clean, and everything worked as it should. I guess some rooms haven't been renovated. A lovely staff member welcomed us, and there was free parking right in front of the hotel.

I was here for one night, and this so-called four-star hotel didn't feel like one. The building is very old, and the smell in the hallway wasn't pleasant. We were three people in a quad room, but it felt very small. The balcony view wasn't good, and both the bathroom and shower area were cramped. The bathroom floor looked like cheap material, with stains and marks that show clearly in the photos I shared. The room layout wasn't great either. The TV sits in a corner, and there's a big rectangular mirror on the wall in front of it. That's just my view, but I don't see what the mirror is for. The door uses a regular key instead of a smart card. Also, supermarkets aren't very close.
