Good coffee for breakfast, and the kitchen has what you need to cook for yourself in peace. The apartment is warm, comfortable, spotless, and welcoming, with a rustic style. It’s a charming little spot in a quiet area surrounded by nature, just right for a restorative break. The owner was kind, friendly, and very helpful. ❤️

We never got to see the property because we had to cancel at the last minute when our child came down with chickenpox. Even so, the owner kindly cancelled the booking without charging us the room rate, although we would have been expected to pay something. It wasn’t a big amount, but that gesture meant much more. Thank you so much.

We were there for three days during the Palio and mainly used the place to sleep and have breakfast. The mini apartments are in a peaceful area, just a short walk from Montefalco, and they have a kitchen with various utensils. The owner was friendly without being intrusive. It was a relaxing stay, with some lovely four-legged company.
