We especially enjoyed the quiet grounds, with olive groves, lots of birds, and views across the Umbrian valley toward Assisi, Trevi, and Spello. There’s a terrace where you can eat, have a glass of wine or a snack, or simply unwind. The B&B is about 1.5 km from Montefalco. Our green room was roomy, and the bathroom was good. Breakfast was excellent. Luciano and Anna were so welcoming, and shared ideas for making the most of our two-night stay. We had a great time. Nothing to fault.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this peaceful place surrounded by nature, with a breathtaking view. The room was fantastic, furnished beautifully in a rustic style. Our hosts were so kind and lovely. Breakfast was decent, and they were happy to add something extra. We’d gladly come back and recommend it.

The views in every direction take in all the sights around you, and the rooms are comfortable, with Wi-Fi. Breakfast was generous, with sweet and savory choices. This is a family-run B&B, and when I stayed in November 2025, Luciano and his wife Annarita were happy to suggest Umbrian villages to visit and places to try traditional food. Thanks, see you soon.

Breakfast was a lovely time to chat, and Luciano and Annamaria shared plenty of useful tips for exploring these fascinating, peaceful places. They welcomed us into their B&B like friends in their own home. It was a wonderful experience, everything felt perfect, and I really hope to come back. Thanks again from Severina and Giovanni.
