A lovely small agriturismo, and it’s very well run. The apartments are modern, spotlessly clean, and have everything you need. With its gentle breeze and lovely pool, it’s a good choice for anyone looking for peace and relaxation. Marta and Capodimonte beach are just a short distance away.

We felt right at home during our ten-day stay. The cool, quiet air was a real blessing, and the pool and beautiful garden were hard to beat. Sara and Giuseppe are wonderful, kind, helpful people. The farmhouse is in Mosse, near Montefiascone, and we brought our bikes so we could explore freely. We rode to Lake Bolsena, Civita di Bagnoregio, Pitigliano, and Orvieto. I highly recommend Bella Cima.

The view was breathtaking, and despite being close to town, the place was wonderfully peaceful. Paved roads make it easy to reach supermarkets, bars, and attractions. The apartment was cleaner than we expected, and Giuseppe and Sara were always friendly and available. Everything is well organized and cared for. There’s a spacious barbecue area close to the apartments, a well-kept lawn, and a spotless pool that’s big enough for the maximum number of guests. We were sorry to leave and would love to return. Highly recommended for a few quiet days making use of the property’s amenities.

The owners were super friendly, and the location is quiet, just a few kilometers from the lake, Bolsena, Civita di Bagnoregio, and Viterbo. We got around easily on our e-bike. I’d definitely recommend it. Thanks, Giuseppe and his wife.

A lovely setting for watching sunsets over the lake, and very close to the charming village of Montefiascone. It’s a little green oasis with a pool where children can play and adults can cool off. The family is warm and welcoming, and the apartments are charming and well cared for. There’s also a large camping area with running water, bathrooms, and showers. Thank you so much.
