Leo, the friendly cat, comes by in the morning to greet guests, and Manuela and her son are happy to welcome people traveling with pets. Manuela is thoughtful and kind, and breakfast comes with cakes and biscuits she makes using natural, healthy ingredients. It’s a small, welcoming place with a very clean, practical room, just right for a few days by the lake.

Manuela is warm and helpful, and her homemade breakfast cakes are delicious. The place itself is peaceful and well cared for, with a lovely cat to welcome you. We’re really glad we found this little spot.

The owner is friendly and ready with suggestions for guests. Breakfast is generous and includes local products. The clean, nicely furnished room has all the comforts, and the B&B is very quiet. Its location also works well as a base for visiting Tuscia.

It’s near the city center and the Via Francigena route between Bolsena and Viterbo, making it a good stop for pilgrims or for a restful break by Lake Bolsena.
