The location is handy for visiting all the area's attractions, and the houses are spacious with usable gardens. But cleanliness was poor. The kitchen hood was greasy, and neither its light nor fan worked. The heavy double curtains were dusty, and we’d have been better off bringing our own pots and pans. We stayed in summer, and for a rural place in 2020, having no window screens was hard to understand. We woke to flies buzzing and swooshing around. Nobody had told us there was no air conditioning. It’s fairly cool, but you have to leave the windows open, which brings the flies right back in. Such a shame, because the place could be much better if management paid attention to these things instead of the heart-shaped picture or fake flower in the jar. Three nights for eight people cost €700.

We only stayed because we’d already bought food and my brother-in-law’s family was due at another awful apartment two days later. The apartment we got was a complete disaster, filthy with cobwebs, spiders and ants in every corner of every room. Apparently it had been shut since February, so at least the risk of COVID was lower. My wife and I spent three hours cleaning and disinfecting before it was usable for our children. There was no air conditioning, and many rooms had no mosquito nets, so we were constantly dealing with mosquitoes and flies. When we told the owner, she said we could leave, but we’d lose the deposit we paid on June 10th when booking.

The owner was so kind and helpful. The house and garden were both carefully kept, with an outdoor barbecue and oven, umbrellas, and tables for meals outside. Inside, it’s welcoming and comfortable, with all the conveniences, including an induction stove, dishwasher, and washing machine.

Mrs. Giorgia was very kind and attentive. The villa itself is comfortable and welcoming, just right for a holiday with children.
