Agriturismo La Pedrosa

The staff looked after us from the moment we arrived, with real kindness and attention but none of the stiffness. Every dish felt like a discovery, balancing traditional flavors with unexpected ideas, and you could tell how much care went into choosing and pairing the ingredients. Under the magnificent Rocca di Montefiore, dinner became a little moment of happiness. Calling this just an agriturismo doesn’t do it justice. For the passion and soul in every detail, I think they deserve a Michelin star tomorrow. I’ll come back whenever I can.

Every course brought a lovely surprise, with refined cooking and flavors that still felt authentic. The place itself is enchanting, cared for down to the details, and has such a warm, genuine feel. A fantastic experience.

We went with friends and tried the Margot Menu. The food deserves stars, and the evening had a quiet, refined feel. Definitely worth trying. We’ll be back.

The atmosphere was warm and convivial, thanks to staff who were friendly, attentive, and knew how to explain everything on offer. In the hills of Montefiore Conca, the setting added another bit of magic to the special "Fusioni" evening at Agriturismo La Pedrosa. The meal paired creative takes on traditional flavors with original cocktails made to bring out each nuance. Each dish was a discovery, and the whole food and drink experience went beyond what I expected. A memorable evening, and a great choice if you’re after something authentic, inventive, and carefully put together. Compliments to Chef Francesco, the bartender, and the whole staff.
