The owners were friendly and helpful, and they offer various amenities as well as discounts for local attractions. The rooms are simple, clean, and practical. The location is excellent, in the river park just a few steps from the river.

The people working here were especially attentive, and the rooms were clean, welcoming, and well equipped. Step inside and the place opens onto a view that’s beyond what you’d imagine. In the restaurant, the lit rock face creates a one-of-a-kind atmosphere at night. It’s also well placed for visiting Santa Rita da Cascia, Norcia, Castelluccio di Norcia, the Marmore Falls, Lake Piediluco, Spoleto, and other Umbrian destinations. A magical spot for an affordable holiday surrounded by Umbria’s beauty.

The apartments were warm, spacious, and welcoming, with what we needed for cooking and sleeping. There were extra pillows and blankets in the closets, and the bathrooms had comforts like a hairdryer and soaps. The balcony and both the inside and outside windows offered a magical view in the morning. It’s suitable for children, and I had 11 with me, all aged 4 or older. We were able to visit Norcia, the Marmore Mountains, Narni, and Terni from there. The property is tucked into the Valnerina rock in a quiet, natural setting, while still close to many tourist spots. Around the apartments is the trattoria where we held my birthday aperitif. On March 10, 2023, I had booked about 11 apartments for family and friends, and Danilo, Alessandro, and Elisabetta made the celebration feel perfect and magical. They made it unforgettable for me and my guests. I highly recommend a stay there.

The location is excellent, just 5 km from the Marmore Falls, and they offer a number of discounts for those and other things. We spent two nights here in early August and would definitely return. The staff were so kind, courteous, helpful, and attentive. When we arrived, they gave us lots of suggestions for eating and sightseeing, including prices, and brought mosquito repellent as soon as they heard we were having trouble with mosquitoes. Our little house was for guests with animal allergies. It was spotless, with quaint, semi-modern furnishings, and the balcony looked out over the hills and the village of Casteldilago. The only downsides were no Wi-Fi in the rooms, just by reception, no air conditioning, only a fan, and I’m not sure whether there was a hairdryer. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. I highly recommend it!
