The room has a beautiful view of Terminillo. Sergio is a lovely host, really friendly and helpful.

The location is wonderful, with a spectacular view. We spent one night in Santa Vittoria while doing the San Francesco walk. Sergio, the owner, is full of energy and always ready to help. He has several vans and can take tourists where they need to go for free. He also offers a wide range of activities and services for different situations, formal or informal.

The view from our room was spectacular. Sergio communicated with us really well before we arrived, and since everything was closed on Monday, he arranged a private traditional spaghetti dinner for us at Mrs Eugenie's place.

I’m writing about Sergio, who manages several B&Bs in the area, not the B&B itself, since I didn’t stay there. I contacted him during a wedding at the nearby castle. From the start, he was unavailable to give information or meet the guests’ needs. He only got in touch when we asked for an INSTANT bank transfer, which he wanted before even telling us where we would be staying. He advertised a shuttle service, then withdrew it three days after the event. That caused huge problems for my family, who couldn’t stay because of a disability I had told him about repeatedly. He wouldn’t refund them, saying they had “sat on the bed.” I feel bad for the B&B this review concerns, but Sergio is completely incompetent.
