Fabio and his wife gave us such a warm welcome. We stayed for ten nights, and everything was perfect. The apartment was nice, and the setting beside the vineyards and olive trees was beautiful. The pool area was especially welcome for cooling off in the Tuscan heat.

I’d give it 4.5 points. The views, surroundings, and pool are beautiful, and it’s near Firenze, Pisa, and the Ligurian coast. The main downsides were the very poor access road and all the mosquitoes in the apartment. There are no mosquito screens on the windows, so I recommend adding some.

Fabio and his wife were wonderful, and I’d highly recommend staying here. It’s a family-friendly estate with separate villas, vineyards, pools, and a bar. On weekends, the lovely hosts can also make you a home-cooked meal.

A hidden gem in town! The hosts are so kind, with that warm, welcoming energy you hope for from traditional Italians. The apartments have gorgeous views, and there’s a pool for those hot summer days in the Tuscan countryside. Highly recommended.

A clean, quiet, and very nice place. You really need a car, but it’s just a few minutes’ drive to a big supermarket and a train station with good connections.
