It was OK, though the Wi-Fi and air conditioning need improvement. I probably would've had a better time if I spoke Italian!

I booked several rooms directly with the hotel for guests at my wedding, and had the reservation in writing. Then, on the wedding day, they said they'd somehow "lost" it. Their way of "fixing" things was to put several of the guests I had booked separate rooms for together in one room. Ridiculous.

I was there for two nights during the unicorn festival in Vinci and left with no complaints. The location worked well for getting around: it’s not right in the middle of anything, but close to everything, and not far from Florence. Parking outside is a plus if you arrive by car. It’s a small lot, though usually there was enough space for everyone. The hotel is a little older, but seemed well cared for, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and they could provide vegan pastries on request. This was a few years ago.
