The rooms were finished to a really high standard, and there’s plenty of space. Ours had two bedrooms, though one was on a mezzanine without extra walls, so sound carried and there wasn’t real sound insulation. Keep that in mind. We also had lovely views and a few tables outside. Wine and oil tasting costs an extra €25, but it couldn’t be arranged during our stay.

Massimo looks after the place every day and is happy to help with whatever you need. He also brings vegetables and fruit from the garden. It’s a peaceful, relaxed place to stay near Florence.

There’s a vineyard, a pool, olive groves, and cozy little houses. The place was clean, friendly, and had a family feel. It was the best hotel we stayed at in Italy, the best we could find!

I recently stayed here with my family. It’s a lovely, quiet spot, just right for unwinding after visiting Tuscany’s tourist sights.

The people who run this historic, beautiful place are wonderful. It also makes a great base for Florence and Chianti.
