The apartments are tastefully furnished and have EVERYTHING you could need, plus a little more. Ornella, the owner, adds so much to the stay, and I felt welcomed and looked after even off-season. It's a lovely peaceful oasis, and a handy base for the sea, the mountains, and Molise's culture. I was delighted to come back and had a wonderful time. Recommended. Paolo from Verona

The shared area is lovely, tidy, and clean, with a beautiful pool, lots of loungers, an outdoor fitness area, table football, and ping pong, all included. In the gazebo there's also a capsule coffee machine and plenty of herbal teas. We were out all day and didn't use all of it, but it's a great setup. Ornella is kind and never intrusive. We spent seven wonderful days here. The apartment felt perfect, with everything in its place, and I slept comfortably from the first night thanks to the excellent mattress and choice of pillows. The air conditioning is new and very quiet, though we barely needed it because it's cool and breezy here. Each unit has a private rear terrace with seating, a motorized awning, and a little breakfast table. It's just steps from Petacciato beach and the main roads of Molise. The owner supplies the basics, including water in the fridge, coarse and fine salt, olive oil, and coffee. Freshly baked croissants and individual jams are also provided every morning on request, to avoid waste, and are included in the price. Excellent value, highly recommended.
