We had such a good stay, and the service was great. paolo helped us out a lot. The apartment had everything we needed, including coffee, oil, bread, and jam, and they provided a baby cot and chair for our daughter. The clean pool had lovely views. The hilltop location gets plenty of wind, which kept it from feeling too hot and meant no mosquitoes. We'd definitely come back.

The olive farm setting and views were beautiful, and Montepulciano is only a few minutes away. Our room was spacious and clean, with a kitchenette that had everything we needed. Paolo also left breakfast basics: bread, coffee, milk, jam, and orange juice, plus his own honey and olive oil. We were glad to cook with local produce. Paolo was kind and attentive, made us feel welcome, and shared lots of tips for restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. It was one of the best places we've stayed. We felt at home and can't wait to return. Grazie mille Paolo!

The apartment was comfortable and well cared for, and very clean and fully stocked for our four-night visit. It was on the second floor, reached by stairs. Paolo was generous, friendly, kind, and helpful throughout. His restaurant suggestions were all good, and he pointed us to a great nearby bakery when we needed a cake for our daughter's 10th birthday. We had a wonderful time at this farmhouse in a beautiful location, and would happily book again if we return to Tuscany. Thanks Paolo!

The owners were very friendly and gave us plenty of tips about local sights and places to eat. The place is secluded, with everything you need inside and lovely walks nearby. The pool was a bit chilly at this time of year, but should be great in summer. Highly recommended for a family looking for a base in the heart of Tuscany.
