Our daughter loved being there for her 15th birthday, a particularly meaningful tradition in our culture, and the hotel's kind, accommodating staff let us take photos around the property. That made a special family celebration unforgettable. We loved the beautiful, peaceful garden, surrounded by nature in a way that felt almost magical. The hotel's atmosphere and decor also made it feel like stepping back in time, with the charm and character of a classic, almost royal or historic era. Every detail added to a unique experience.

The staff were friendly and kind, and explained everything clearly. They treated us so well, and prepared an amazing breakfast. The place itself was pretty, peaceful, and enjoyable. We had a great experience and hope to return one day!

Laura at reception was friendly, nice, and helpful. When we left, she kindly called to say I'd left my dress in the closet, so we went back for it. The hotel has convenient private parking and a lovely garden. Its vintage furniture gives the place a time-travel feel. Breakfast was quite nice, with several kinds of cheese and meat, boiled eggs, cucumbers and tomatoes, pastries, and yoghurt.

We spent three nights here in early May. The family run hotel has lovely grounds and easy access, and it's a short walk into town, about 15 minutes to the square. The location worked well for exploring Montepulciano and the rest of Tuscany. Staff were welcoming and kind, the room was as expected, and their food and tour recommendations were super helpful. We'd recommend this place.

A spacious room, nice service and breakfast, and a beautiful garden to enjoy. The hotel is a gem, with free parking too. Without a car, it's a 10-15 minute uphill walk to the city center. I'd certainly return. :)
