Agriturimo Essentia Dimora Rurale

The scenery around Essentia was spectacular, and we had a great time exploring the area. The hosts were wonderfully welcoming, and the food was just as impressive. We highly recommend this tucked-away farm.

The pool area and views are beautiful, and the rooms are lovely with everything you need. We also had an exceptional dinner featuring plenty of homegrown produce and a fabulous choice of local wines. We arrived exhausted after a long drive with our baby, but Salvatore’s hospitality had us feeling relaxed and at home right away. He and his family have created a special Italian experience that feels genuinely welcoming. We loved our stay.

The peaceful setting, clean and well-kept rooms, and perfect location made this a wonderful place to stay. It’s easy to explore the whole area, from the coastline to the smaller villages nearby. Salvatore was welcoming, friendly, and full of local knowledge, with excellent suggestions for what to see and where to go. Everything was spotless, warm, and thoughtfully arranged, right down to the little details. Breakfast was terrific and full of local products, and Salvatore handled every request with a smile. We’ll definitely come back. Thanks for everything, Salvatore. Ciao!

The property is lovely and restful, with comfortable, nicely decorated rooms. We especially enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. Essentia is also a working farm, and they make and sell a broad range of pasta, grains, and sauce. I’d love to return.
