For some quiet time outdoors, this is a great spot. There's a separate house with three private rooms, each with its own entrance, and three tables at the far end looking out over beautiful scenery. Our room was very clean, with a huge, brand-new bathroom and a great shower. The A/C was a big plus, and breakfast is included with every room. The owners are lovely and kind-hearted, and the property is amazing. You'll need to drive up a gravel road, though it isn't long. Bring bug spray too. They have a very friendly dog who only comes down with the owners.

Francesco and Oksana made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and their hospitality helped make this a 10/10 guesthouse. Everything was spotless. The three rooms have direct access outside, so we could step into the fresh air and enjoy the scenery. There's a lovely shared kitchen where they serve a delicious breakfast, and we enjoyed spending evenings there too. The landscape has the rolling hills and beauty you'd hope for in Tuscany. Since the property is in the middle of the region, we could visit a different destination every day. You'll definitely need a car: we drove 1,300 km in seven days. Between the hosts, location, and views, it's an ideal base for an Italian road trip. Thank you, Francesco and Oksana!

Surrounded by greenery and just steps from Montepulciano, this B&B has lovely, clean rooms with breathtaking views. Breakfast was excellent, and the owners were so friendly and helpful that we felt at home. We'll definitely come back.

We got attached to this place and are already hoping to come back. It’s peaceful just beyond Montepulciano, with a lovely valley view and a pool that’s great for unwinding. The rooms are lovely and have outdoor seating, and breakfast on the veranda has an enormous range of choices. The owners are warm and helpful while still giving you space.
