The mattresses were so stiff that sleeping on them was difficult, and the furnishings felt dated. Lighting was very dim, and the place seemed to need more upkeep. We were there for three nights and came away disappointed. The road was bumpy and very dark at night. The hostess answered our requests, but seemed impatient. One evening we got in late and asked for a few missing items; she wanted an extra 20 euros for the service. She didn't end up charging us, but the request made us feel unwelcome.

The staff are helpful and friendly. It's a cozy, relaxing place, with really nice villas and apartments.

We had plenty of room in our apartment, with lovely high ceilings, and it was spotless, not a speck of dust anywhere. Even though the AC had been off since 9am, the apartment was still a pleasant temperature when we arrived around 6pm. There were two AC units, which kept us comfortable throughout the stay. The host was very sweet and accommodating. The pool was lovely, and the sunbathing area had plenty of shade when the heat got too much.

The pool area has loose stones that could be hazardous, especially for children, and the kitchen was missing essentials. The property felt more run down than we expected, despite probably having been beautiful when it first opened. We didn't feel welcome when we arrived. No one was at reception, and when we called the hotel number, a cleaning lady came over. She also handles breakfast, and seemed stressed and unhappy.
