My flight to Rome was canceled because of a national strike in Italy, so I couldn’t make the trip. Isabel refused to cancel the reservation and kept my money, without offering any help or showing concern about what had happened. A horrible guest experience. Worst ppl ever.

Isabel was a doll, really kind and helpful, and did her best to make the stay perfect. Great place! 😊
