The hospitality from the reception staff was warm, attentive, and very helpful throughout. Before we arrived, Jonathan went out of his way to help plan our itinerary and make the most of our time in the area. That care made the whole stay feel personal and easy. Borgo San Vincenzo is one of the most amazing places I've stayed, and I highly recommend it.

We spent the morning riding horses and exploring David's farm, then came back that evening to learn how to make local pasta by hand from his mom, who's been doing it her whole life. Their home and farm are dreamy, full of history, and David and his family made us feel as if we were visiting our Nonna's house. The front desk staff also helped organize activities, booking ebikes, making a winery reservation nearby, and arranging the horse riding day. The Tuscan BBQ dinner on Thursdays was a trip highlight. We chose the community table and had a wonderful evening meeting people, making friends, eating incredible food, and drinking delicious wine. The restaurant food and atmosphere were unbeatable, and the bar served some of the best cocktails I've had. There are great spots all around the property to relax, including the fire pit for a glass of wine and the winter garden when it's chilly or rainy. The rooms felt cozy, private, and luxurious, with a lovely Tuscan style and unreal views from every window. We were welcomed by the kindest people and treated like royalty. It felt straight out of a fairy tale. I would stay at Borgo San Vincenzo again and again.

We had dinner at the restaurant several times, and every meal was excellent. Fabio and the whole team at Borgo made our stay relaxing and memorable with their warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious and clean, though their decor felt a little sparse compared with the rest of the property's atmosphere.

The front desk and guest services team were a great help with local recommendations and activity reservations. We loved the beautiful pool, indoor bar, and glass-enclosed outdoor dining area. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, with a rustic feel and handy modern amenities. We spent a couple of weeks traveling around Italy, and Borgo San Vincenzo was our favorite stay. It made for a beautiful, relaxing honeymoon.

The welcome packet and experiences brochure made arranging things easy after we booked. Wine tours, Vespa rides, cooking classes, and other options could all be organized by email, so planning felt stress-free. Breakfast was included, with fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, bread, coffee, and a full menu of made-to-order dishes. Klaydi made sure I had a cappuccino every morning. The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and the views breathtaking. We loved opening the windows for fresh Tuscan air, and the AC was a real bonus in the summer heat. I can't recommend Borgo San Vincenzo enough. We chose it for my proposal to my now-fiancée, and the team made it unforgettable. They connected me with a local photographer who knew the venue, decorated the vineyard viewing deck and fire pit spot with flowers, and arranged a private dinner afterwards. Huge thanks to Jonathan, Teresa, Simi, and Klaydi for making us feel so welcome. We had an incredible stay and can't wait to come back.
