We were sad to leave and would love to return one day. My group had four adults and three children, and we stayed in three of the hotel's one-bedroom apartments. The location overlooks the valley with exceptional views, and the service couldn't have been better.

The pool really needs an upgrade, and at this price I expected someone to bring our luggage to the room. The welcome itself was lovely, though. Everything else made a very good impression: the price felt fair, the setting was great, and the staff were incredibly kind. On arrival, they explained everything thoroughly and showed us around. Everyone we spoke with knew English and German, which was helpful since my partner speaks German well while I only speak Dutch and English. The room was just as expected from the booking photos. Breakfast had something for everyone, and the night bar felt relaxed, with staff who knew their stuff.

We first stayed here in 2010, then returned in 2015 and 2016 with our son. A great place, with a romantic feel and a lovely, friendly family who took care of everything. There was even an awesome dog. The property was being completely rebuilt at the time. Let's see how it looks in 2018, when we might come back.
