Bike Hotel Caravel

We came as a fairly large group, and parking was well organized even with all our cars. The staff were professional and had already given us excellent support before we arrived. Breakfast was fantastic too. Thanks so much for everything!

The north side was a pleasant surprise. It felt quieter and less touristy, and we found it more beautiful, even though there’s more to do on the south side. The receptionists were great, always helpful and knowledgeable when we had questions. We also loved the generous complimentary breakfast. The walls are thin, though, so sounds from neighbouring rooms carry. Luckily, our neighbours weren’t noisy late into the night. I’d definitely stay again.

The staff are very kind, and the coffee was really good when I asked the girls for it. Breakfast itself is decent, nothing special. The price isn’t much, but the rooms are dated, the bathroom is small, and the walls are thin. The AC also seemed not to have been cleaned in a long time. It’s a good choice if you have bikes, but parking a car can be tricky.

A downside is the poor sound insulation, and there’s no iron. Still, the rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. You can also have dinner at the hotel for an extra €30, served buffet style. The lakeside, with mountains all around, is just a three-minute walk away. From there you can walk along the scenic promenade to Riva del Garda or take a bus, and public transport makes other towns easy to reach. We had a wonderful time.
