The room felt clean and open, and the Wi-Fi was fast, although cellular service was only okay. Armando and Genny were great. The complimentary coffee and pastry downstairs were SO delicious. We really enjoyed our stay, with the train station and Metro close by.

Getting around the city was easy from GB because it's close to the Naples train station, even though the subway isn't great and often runs late. The room was a good size, clean, and had good Wi-Fi and A/C. Breakfast tasted good, but the choices were just coffee and pastries.

Breakfast came with the stay at the cafe next door, and it was delicious. The B&B is near the central train station, handy for sightseeing, and our room and bathroom were spacious, with air conditioning and a smart TV.

Breakfast was great, served across the road about 20 meters away with a coupon. The B&B is right by Napoli Central station, with good train and Metro connections. The new private rooms have their own bathrooms, A/C, and TVs with Netflix.

I've had two really bad experiences with this company. Even with a reservation, you might not get a car, and they charge a lot. They also billed me for damage I hadn't caused. The women at the front desk were busy texting their boyfriends and wouldn't help sort out my problem. I don't usually call people out in Google reviews, but this company gives travelers a huge headache and should shut down. Avoid them!
