We never actually got to stay here because of a misunderstanding that led to an overbooking. Even so, Ms. Elisabetta handled it with real professionalism and reliability. She acknowledged that the mistake and misunderstanding were hers, quickly found us another B&B on Via Toledo, the main street, and paid the entire difference herself. She could have left us to sort out another hotel, but she was very helpful. I can't speak from experience about the stay itself, but I can recommend her for being reliable and professional, which is hard to find these days. We'll use Elisabetta next time we're in Naples. If you're after a low price and a great location without worrying about being ripped off, I'd recommend it.

The owner was very friendly and kind, and the location is excellent, about 100 meters from the town center with shops nearby and amenities easy to reach. The house has everything it needs and is more than adequate for young children. There are a few stairs, though, so I wouldn't recommend it for people with mobility disabilities. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Right in the heart of Naples, this clean, lovely apartment is handy for reaching the main attractions on foot. The owner was very helpful, letting us check in early and leave our bags until we departed.

A two-level apartment with a bathroom, close to everything. The weather buses. There's a pub downstairs. Cool, atmospheric place, that's all you need to be happy.
