Casa pacifico Napoli

This was one of the worst stays I’ve had. We had to move our luggage between two buildings, as other reviews mention. Our room was across the street, and the lift there costs 20c each time. Vittorio kindly helped with our bags and gave us a few coins, but that was about the only good part. On arrival, we were told a plumber would come to address the hot water and pressure problems, which we were told were apparently common throughout Italy. An alarm started going off in the room across from us at midnight. When we contacted Vittorio, he said his hours were over and he was only an employee, then sent us to three other people. Only one could be reached, and that person was in Sicily. We were told they needed to contact the owner, with more excuses along the way. After a terrible night, we found almost no water pressure in the bathroom and no hot water. Service was abysmal, and the room was awful too. If you don’t expect service, don’t care about the room, and can do without a hot shower, maybe this place is for you. The lift in the main building also broke. Guess what they told us?

The bed was comfortable, and after walking around the city all day, we slept well. Our family of three had a lovely three-night stay at casa pacifico napoli, right in the historic center, with a big room and a view. Enrico was friendly and made us feel at home. He replied quickly and helped us settle in when we arrived late on the first night. Breakfast and coffee were excellent. We had a lovely time and would recommend the stay to friends and family. 💛😎

The room has a fun layout, with a room-within-a-room setup and a very secure door. It’s a cool, modern apartment in a historic building, with very friendly hosts. Getting around is easy, with the train station and underground nearby. There’s parking in front, though it isn’t part of the facility, and a space to rent within walking distance. We’d rent it again if we stay in Naples.

We felt very well looked after, both at the hotel and the bistro. The room was clean and modern, and the hospitality was excellent. Thank you!
