Anna and Maurizio made our stay feel special through their kindness and readiness to help. Their welcome gave the house a warm, familiar feel, and we felt at home right away. The place was spotless, carefully looked after, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. Its convenient location made exploring the area easy and stress-free, and we enjoyed plenty of peaceful, happy moments there. We’re truly grateful to Anna and Maurizio for making the whole stay so easy and memorable. Their hospitality made it unique.

We only had a couple of nights in this little ground-floor house, but it would work for a longer stay too. It has everything you need, including a washing machine and iron, and though compact, it's plenty of space for two. The central spot is handy for Naples' main historical and cultural sights. The owner was really kind and helpful with ideas for places to eat and visit. Nights weren't especially quiet, though that's also part of what the Spanish Quarters are known for. Highly recommended.

I first met Anna in December 2024, and when I came back to Napoli in October, I stayed at her home again. The house is lovely, clean, and welcoming. Anna and her husband are wonderful people, always ready with advice and help. I'll be back in Napoli and will definitely contact Anna to stay there again. They really are exceptional people. ❤️

Casa Piano Zero is a small, modern apartment with everything we needed, right in the Spanish Quarter and just a few steps from Via Toledo. We had such a good stay. The hosts were kind, available even late at night, and very welcoming to pets. They'd even put out bowls for my dog. We'll definitely come back, thank you! 😊
