The staff made a real difference, always friendly, attentive and ready to help with anything. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel looked after, almost as if I were at home. Maison Angioino is central but still quiet, a good balance for seeing the city and relaxing. The property is welcoming and cared for down to the smallest details, with comfortable rooms that are spacious, spotless and tastefully furnished. It combines elegance with practicality and has all the comforts. I'd happily recommend Maison Angioino to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

We barely slept because room 1 faces the street, with cars coming and going all night, horns and constant loud noise. There were also very few coat hangers, and nowhere to hang towels or put soap in the shower. The place was clean, and I liked the firm bed and pillow because I have back pain and usually find mattresses saggy and pillows practically nonexistent. But we waited 40 minutes on the landing despite telling them we'd arrive at 12:30. The cleaner couldn't hear the phone, and even after she opened the door, we couldn't get into the rooms until a property manager came to check us in. They apologized.

For a single night it was a decent option, with a very central, strategic location. The rooms were clean but quite dated. The building has no elevator, and carrying suitcases up to the top floor was really tiring. The manager was fairly kind.

The location was the only good part of our stay. We booked two rooms with two bathrooms, but all five of us ended up in one room with just one bathroom. As shown in the pictures, the finishes were awful: mold on the shower tiles, cracked plaster in several spots and old damp stains. Some beds had bedside lamps, but they couldn't be used because the refrigerator was plugged in. Its door also collapses when opened. The coffee maker had no adapter and only four pods for five guests. It took me an hour to find the air conditioning switch, and once I turned it on, it only heated the ceiling. We were freezing, and one of my friends even caught a cold. Extra blankets would have been a dream. I strongly advise against staying here.
