B&B Bethel Napoli

I was there with my family and we had a positive stay. The location was really convenient, and the room was clean with what we needed: a TV, electric heating, a small fridge with water, and a very powerful hairdryer. The beds weren't the most comfortable, though. The owner was kind and helpful, always ready with advice. Each morning she brought us traditional pastries from the bakery. It's on the fourth floor and has an elevator, but some outside noise does come through. As a light sleeper, I'd bring earplugs next time. Thanks, Giusy!!

The building's concierge was friendly and helpful, and the lady managing the place was very kind. Our fourth-floor condominium was 200 meters from Piazza Garibaldi. We were happy with the stay, including the breakfast and the chance to leave our bags temporarily when we asked. The room had what we needed: a large bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and a fridge stocked with water. The elevator costs extra.

The owner was genuinely kind and even made breakfast herself, including fresh pastries on one of the two days. She also took care of an extra request. The property had all the comforts we needed, and the daytime building concierge staff were very friendly. It's centrally placed and handy for getting around. Though close to the station, the area felt safe to us after major redevelopment, with bars, shops, and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

We only spent one night, but had a great stay. Giusy was welcoming, kind, and helpful. The renovated room was spacious and clean. The price was excellent for a night's stay, including breakfast at a café near the station. I'd gladly stay here again if I return to Naples.
