Unless you need a place for an early flight, I wouldn’t book this accommodation. Service was almost nonexistent. I sent a couple of emails and got no reply. My flight was cancelled, so I booked a night there that morning. Already at the airport, I brought my bags over around 8:30 am to store them for the day. A friend who’d stayed the night before had asked at checkout whether I could leave my luggage, and the night auditor on duty had approved it. But the staff member who “welcomed” me was very rude and didn’t understand that I wanted to drop off my bags and return in the evening. He said my name wasn’t the same as my friend’s and demanded to see my reservation. That part was understandable, but there was no need to be so unfriendly. It could have been sorted out with a smile and a guest-friendly attitude. The way he spoke to people made me feel sorry for him, as he must hate his job. There was no soap in any bathroom, the showers flooded, and the toilets were blocked. At 3:30 am, only four bathroom stalls were available because the others had flooded and were unusable. The bed was comfortable and the pods were adequate, but it was very cold inside, and there isn’t much room for larger luggage. Towels and toiletries aren’t provided, so you have to pay extra. I paid 110€ for a double pod, the only option available. The location doesn’t justify the price. The service and what’s included need to be better.

You’re only a four-minute walk from the terminal, which is the main advantage of this hotel. My single room was okay. I didn’t expect much, and wasn’t disappointed. The toilets and showers were a letdown, though. A lot of the cubicles were out of order, and in the ones that were open there was no soap. Water from the shower flooded toward the toilet.

The only thing going for it is that you can walk to the air terminal. The room was tiny, there was nowhere to charge anything, and the shared toilets and showers were dirty. Staff weren't helpful. Avoid this place.

I had a reservation, but when I arrived around noon there was nobody at reception. I waited, then a woman came in and sat behind me in a corner. She watched silently for almost an hour without introducing herself or speaking to me, which felt very unsettling. When I got up to use the restroom, she called out loudly across the room, even though it was marked as a quiet area, and said it was for guests only. I showed her my booking confirmation and explained I was staying there, but she still refused. She only let me go after I said I would speak with the manager. It was an astonishingly discourteous and unprofessional experience. I had been sitting in reception with my backpack for ages, so it should have been clear I was a guest. I hope the property addresses this so nobody else is treated the same way.
