The house has a lovely view over the Naples waterfront, and the location makes it easy to reach the city's most beautiful places, even on foot. It’s an original place, full of personality, with every detail thoughtfully cared for. The owner was wonderful and helpful, and we had a great stay. We’ll definitely return.

We had a stylish, comfortable stay at Southsidehouse, and would happily come back soon. The loft is carefully furnished and feels personal, as if the owner really wants guests to be comfortable. It was clean and tidy, with a professional cleaner coming after each checkout. There are books and current magazines on art, music, world affairs, classics, medicine, and psychology, plus Netflix and Wi-Fi. The kitchen has attractive dishes and everything needed to cook. The bathroom is stocked with what you need, including quality shower gel and shampoo from natural cosmetics lines. The windows do a good job of keeping out the often noisy street, and there’s a security guard in the lobby during the day who’s happy to answer questions. The neighborhood is great for eating and going out. Officina, a fantastic bar, is within a five-minute walk, and its Aperol and pistachio croissants are worth trying. Opposite Southside is an authentic Japanese restaurant, with a very good modern upscale restaurant just below the apartment. The old town is about a 30-minute walk, with street food, inexpensive drinks every two meters, and bars for every taste and budget. I especially recommend Boof for its friendly bartenders, good music, and excellent craft beer. Chiaia city beach is about a seven-minute walk away, or just a minute by e-scooter, so there’s no need to rent a car.
