Soul Art Hotel

Everything was very clean, and the Wi-Fi worked really well. The room and bathroom were both big, and breakfast was very good. The location is the best, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby and everything you might want close at hand.

My reservation was for April 20-22, but our train was delayed and I arrived close to midnight. Finding the hotel was already difficult, and searching with several bags after a long travel day was no fun. The building layout was strange, with apartments mixed in with hotel rooms. At check-in I was told there were too many of us and I needed to take another room. I was tired and with my mother, so I agreed. The price he quoted was twice what their own website showed. When I pointed that out, he said the website price was wrong. I was sent to a different building and told to speak with the manager in the morning about the price. The next day I was told I still owed money. The manager was really rude, and he and the other receptionists kept giving me different amounts they wanted to charge. I asked about staying until the 23rd at a special rate, but he wanted to charge even more than the night before. I left it at that and looked elsewhere. I checked out that day and found a hotel with much better accommodations for way less. Please do your research and stay somewhere else.

Finding this place took us about 30 minutes, just to locate reception. When we called, the receptionist wasn't helpful. They tried to overcharge us, so after only one day we found somewhere else to stay.

Right in the heart of Naples, this is a great hotel and art gallery. I'll definitely come back!
