Quick, easy communication and a host who had every detail sorted made our Naples stay fantastic. The place felt authentic, and the location put everything within easy reach. Not a single complaint. If we return to Naples, we'd choose Duomo view Naples first. Thank you! 🙌

We loved being in the middle of such great dining, with the rest of the city easy to get around too. Piero made check-in simple, and the pastries waiting when we arrived were amazing. The room was wonderful as well. We hope to come back to Duomo View Naples soon!

I was uncomfortable with how the booking process went at Duomo View in Naples. After I booked through Booking.com, I received about 24 WhatsApp messages. They said my room was no longer available and asked me to cancel on Booking.com, offering a different room at a lower price if I booked directly with them. I declined and wanted to keep my original reservation, but the host's tone became unfriendly and they seemed visibly irritated. That felt highly unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend booking here. Booking.com’s Terms and Review Guidelines allow guests to review communication and the booking experience even when the stay doesn't happen. This is my account of what happened while booking. Also, Booking.com’s policies prohibit asking guests to cancel a Booking.com reservation and rebook directly through the property’s website, since that breaks the agreement with accommodation providers.

The room was beautifully kept, and the bathroom looked modern and was really clean. Piero was a great host throughout my first night in Naples. He communicated well in English, answered my questions before I arrived and after check-in, and let me leave my bags there before check-in time. He also suggested nearby things to do and see. Great location, and I'd happily stay again if I'm back in the area. I'd recommend it!

We had just one night here before flying home, and the room was really nice and clean. Piero helped us store our bags and arrange a taxi to the airport, going out of his way to make things easier. Highly recommend staying at his place.
