Mario and Barbara are wonderful hosts, and it’s such a lovely place. Everything was perfectly clean, the setting was nice and quiet, and the garden and pool area were really beautiful. We’ll definitely come back!

We had a peaceful little break in this charming place, surrounded by greenery and only five minutes from the town center. There’s a pool, solarium, barbecue, and tables, and the hosts were kind and attentive. Everything was clean, inside and out, and the flower-filled garden was well cared for. We’re already thinking of coming back. I’d especially recommend it to anyone who really needs time away from everyday life. Annalisa and Stefano.

The spacious green grounds and stunning heated pool make this place a real treat. The two-story home is set up with all the comforts and furnished in a typical rustic style. A captivating spot in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. Definitely worth seeing!

You can relax here from the moment the day begins. Step outside and you hear birds singing. When we arrived, Mario's mother and the very nice Piero were there. The medium-sized pool is heated, just the right size for us. A beautiful place.

The pool and outdoor space are beautiful, with a table and barbecue. The villa is well designed and comfortably fits 6 people, or up to 8 if needed. It’s a gorgeous place in the countryside near Montepulciano, with excellent hospitality and a very helpful team. We’ll definitely be back.
