Monteriggioni is only a 15-minute walk away, or four minutes by car, with restaurants around the piazza serving delicious food. It made a lovely base to get away from busy city life. The estate is beautifully decorated and so well cared for, with amazing views from every corner. The villas are wow, and the pool is great too. Barbara and Mateo were warm and kind hosts. We just didn’t want to leave this little Tuscan paradise. We’re coming back next year 😁

We had everything we needed in the apartment, from cookware and a washing machine to welcome bottles of wine and olive oil. It was clean and brand new, remodeled in 2025, and the owners made us feel welcome and checked that we were having a great stay. The view of Monteriggioni’s medieval walls when we woke up was stunning. Several nearby attractions are within a 15-minute drive, and we’d definitely stay again.

The setting is wonderfully calm, with lizards and hundreds of birds around, and it’s a perfect base for exploring the heart of Tuscany. We got a lot for the price compared with other places nearby offering similar quality and facilities. The view is world-class, the pool is excellent, and it’s an amazing property with nice hosts, even if they don’t speak English.

The pool was clean and a relaxing spot, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The view of Monteriggioni is fantastic. This was the highlight of our trip, and we’d love to come back someday.

Everything was cared for down to the smallest detail, with no imperfections that we could see. The renovation was beautiful. I stayed here with my family for a few days over the May 1st long weekend, and we felt treated like family. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, and took care of everything we needed. Special thanks to Mrs. Lorella for her kindness and courtesy. This really felt like a corner of paradise. We’ll definitely return, and highly recommend it. Please take care of the place so this splendour isn’t spoiled.
