We stayed here in the summer of 2014, my wife and I with another couple. It’s a thousand year old castle, yet still very comfortable, and the views are fantastic. The pool is a great thing to have in summer. You’re about 20 minutes from Pienza and the Val d'Orcia. We hope we can return soon.

The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, and the food was outstanding, made mostly with ingredients grown on site. We had a terrific stay in a two bedroom room for four. An amazing experience.

Anita’s cooking deserves a mention, you can taste how much love she puts into every dish. Anita and Corrado were such hospitable hosts, and the apartment was rustic but decorated with real taste. Staying in a centuries old castle with Tuscan scenery and a big pool around it made this one of our best vacations. Thanks, Anita and Corrado. We hope to return. Mojca and Martin
