We felt at home as soon as we arrived. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and Francesca was so easy to reach and always ready to help. The property is peaceful, full of charm and surrounded by rolling hills and friendly animals. Our room was huge, and the bed and pillows were genuinely comfortable, which has been hard to find in Italy. We also had a great time riding horses with Ilaria and doing a wine tasting with Francesca, both for an extra charge. The ride gave us a special way to see the scenery. At the tasting we tried four wines alongside a generous charcuterie board, and it was incredible. It was such a relaxing countryside stay, with lovely experiences and warm hospitality. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

The homemade lunch was fantastic, and the wine tasting featuring Terre Nere wines made it a wonderful experience. They even made tiramisu at the table to finish, which felt truly one of a kind. We can’t wait to return!

I can’t thank this place and its people enough. It was the best experience our family has ever had. We ran into a problem with our rental car, and Francesca was understanding and helped us through it. The apartment was so comfortable and spacious, with everything we needed, from the bed and shower to the kitchen. The grounds were peaceful and very well cared for, with lots of animals. We had a lovely horseback ride with Ilaria and Gabriela, then a wonderful tasting with Federico and Jessica. The generous cold cuts board was great, and the wines, made here, were incredible. If you go to Pociano, you really should try these experiences. We especially fell in love with the Capriolo wine. Pasquale and Piera were so kind, too. We talked, laughed a lot and learned so much from them. We’re certain we’ll be back at Pociano next year.
