We came by car, and parking was the hardest part. There's very little parking in town, so arrive early or late, when day visitors aren't coming in. We got lucky and left our car beside the single road, quite far from town and up a pretty big hill. I'd go back, but in the off-season because of the daily crowds. Four of us, including our two adult kids, stayed in summer 2016 in the second-floor space, which I think was the smaller one. It was a very nice apartment with a terrace on the north side. Getting the keys involved the usual Airbnb scheduling, but it only took a few minutes since the owners live nearby. He works at the neighboring store, where we left our bags after checking out. There was some confusion about how many sets of linens we needed, but it was sorted out quickly.

Caroline shared lots of local tips, and her best suggestion was the Fish & Chill boat tour. It was a highlight of our stay and a must experience. The apartment was right in the heart of the beautiful village of Monterosso al Mare. There was plenty of room for our family of four, and it was stylish and comfortable. We really appreciated the quality linens and towels.

Caroline was wonderful and very helpful. She explained the Cinque Terre hiking trails, gave us great restaurant ideas, and even brought over an updated ferry schedule on the day the old one expired. The apartment was clean, modern, and very well equipped, in a fabulous spot in Monterosso. It was a great experience in a beautiful, magical part of Italy. I'd absolutely recommend it.

We stayed in April 2018 and found the apartment very clean, comfortable, well organized, and well kept. Caroline put together the best information booklet I've ever seen, with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We highly recommend both the apartment and beautiful Monterosso. You'll be happy you chose Piccolo Principe!

Caroline was easy to reach and glad to help. The apartment was roomy enough for three of us, well equipped, and impeccably clean. It feels modern while still letting you experience the authenticity of Monterosso. The old town location is probably the best, with everything a short walk away. It can get quite loud at times, but that's part of immersing yourself in the Italian experience and culture. We had an enjoyable stay! Jeff, Rochelle and Mike :)
