Breakfast was lovely, and we even got a small look at how the wine is made. The hosts were attentive and welcoming, so we felt at home right away. Our stay was wonderful: the place is tastefully furnished, very clean, and surrounded by beautiful vineyards with a breathtaking view. We truly enjoyed it and can highly recommend it.

Massimiliano and his girlfriend were amazing hosts, friendly and accommodating from the start, with great communication and care for everything we needed. Massimiliano even baked us a delicious apple cake. The house is beautiful, spotless, and furnished with lovely antiques, with everything we needed. Cute kitties were playing around too. We tried the wine tasting and really enjoyed it, especially Massimiliano's expertise. I'd absolutely return and highly recommend the place.

The owners create such a lovely atmosphere that you want to return. Massimiliano helped us all through the trip, from restaurant suggestions to places for farm products and other charming spots. And do get breakfast, it was incredibly delicious, and time seemed to stop while we ate. The villa has been restored with a lot of love. On the way there, the views across the hills, sky, and sea are breathtaking, and the sea isn't far away. It's a convenient base for beaches and little old villages, while still giving you a chance to be close to nature and yourself. A wonderful place to take a deep breath, get away from the city's daily rush, and recharge.

Lying by the pool at night and looking up at the stars was one of my favorite parts. The villa's architecture and interiors are so thoughtfully done, and anyone who loves beautiful design will enjoy them. Be sure to try Massimiliano's breakfast if you visit, especially the secret cookies, they were a treat. I'm endlessly grateful to Massimiliano and his family for such a relaxing, unforgettable stay in a beautiful setting with people who bring a real sense of harmony.

I stayed for two weeks and felt comfortable the whole time. Massimiliano is kind, friendly, helpful, and on top of everything. The villa is beautiful, pristine, and clean, and the scenery is breathtaking. Ancona airport and tourist cities like Ancona, Loreto, and Sirolo are about an hour away; the convenience store is a 15-20 minute drive. If you want to reconnect with nature and get away from a fast-paced life, this is a great choice. I'll book here again when I visit Italy. Thank you, Massimiliano, we enjoyed our stay so much.
