Villa Montemma

Breakfast was a little limited, but it came with fresh fruit from Mrs. Alfonsina, who was very kind and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, with an exceptional view across the valley. The property is 15 minutes from the castle and the tower, both worth seeing. I especially liked the exhibition of ancient vadi in the former prison cells. From the square between the two buildings, there's a beautiful 360° view.

The view was spectacular and evocative, stretching over the Taburno mountain, the whole Caudina Valley, and the Montesarchio Tower. The location is quiet and secluded, maybe a bit too much so, but it was very convenient for the destination we had to travel to each day for three days. The price was great. The owners were kind and always available. The clean detached house felt like our own, with a kitchen, all the comforts, a fully fenced garden, and parking on site. We couldn't use the fantastic outdoor hot tub because we weren't equipped for it, but a sweet cat kept us company. I highly recommend it!

The rooms have all the comforts, and the service is excellent. With greenery all around, you can hear the sounds of nature, and the peaceful atmosphere really gets to you. At night there’s a sky full of stars, then dawn comes in looking pristine.

Angelo and his mother were so friendly and helpful. We spent two nights at Villa Montemma and loved it. The house is beautiful, and the view is breathtaking. We’ll definitely come back!
