B&B Siliade

My parents had a mini-honeymoon at Demiro's B&B, which is centrally located, clean, well kept, and tastefully decorated. Demiro was punctual, refined, and extremely attentive. On the holidays, when the partner bar was closed, he even arranged breakfast in the room, and there was a bottle of wine to welcome them. Top!

We loved how easy it was to get around on foot in Montesilvano. The beach is about a 5-10 minute walk, with the seafront and promenade nearby, and shops like Carrefour and Lidl, bakeries opposite Carrefour, and restaurants such as Rostereria are all within reach. We stayed nine nights in Apartment 1. Demiro had picked us up from the airport earlier for €20, and welcomed us with red wine and two chilled bottles of water. The apartment also had a refrigerator and microwave. He offered us a Tesla 3 for €50 a day, but we didn't need a car. Breakfast at Café "Pallina" was valued at €6, which covered two cappuccinos and two pastries. Anything extra cost more, though prices were reasonable. Demiro was always available on WhatsApp and quick to answer questions. A wonderful host, and five stars are well deserved.

The only slight downside was that the area gets a bit busy, though it was manageable. We also nearly forgot that breakfast at the nearby bar was included. It was our first time staying here, even though my husband and I often go to Pescara and usually choose a hotel. We didn't regret trying this place. Everything was clean and well cared for, the staff were welcoming, and there was a welcome bottle of wine and cold water in the fridge. The bathroom was spacious, well equipped, and had soft towels, with everything we could need. A surprising little find. Recommended.

La posizione è molto comoda, con accesso rapido all'autostrada. La camera matrimoniale con bagno era pulita e confortevole, di ottimo livello; il bagno è bello e spazioso. Per renderlo ancora migliore, aggiungerei una luce dedicata allo specchio e più potenza al minifrigo. Il giovane Demiro è gentile e disponibile, e ho apprezzato anche la bottiglia di vino in omaggio. Molto consigliato, complimenti!
